Victoria helped us all to prepare my Dad's funeral service earlier this year, and she was the most gentle and kind individual. She guided us professionally through the whole process, and she offered wonderful advice as well as thoughtful support at what was a difficult time for our family. Nothing was ever too much for Victoria, and her diligence preparing the funeral script was second to none. She took all of our words, ideas and reflections and put together a heartfelt service for my dear Dad! She is a special lady, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Victoria is one of the most gifted people I know. She is a great listener, writer, and service celebrant. We didn't know each other three weeks ago and were introduced not long after my Mum passed away. It was her job to get to know my Mum and relay her story. My Dad and I were very clear we wanted to recognize the person Victoria was going to talk about. After the service so many people came up to us and not only said the service was a great tribute to Mum but also that they learned something about her. That's the best we could have hoped for and it was all down to Victoria. All the little details are the big details. Thank you....for everything. We will be forever grateful that you were the one that enables us to move on yet always remember what a tremendous lady my Mum was.

We were put in touch with Victoria through Barringtons and she has been amazing right from the start .
Her attention to detail is second to none and she spent time with us to find out all about my Dad and exactly what kind of service we wanted for him , making notes the whole time she was with us.
She is so kind and compassionate and her guidance throughout the process was very helpful and much appreciated.
The service she conducted for my Dad , blew us away as it was so personal and beautiful and she even checked in with us a few days afterwards.

Victoria helped mitigate the pain we were all feeling when my grandmother died and feeling lost in funeral preparations. She took great care and attention in taking down the details on what made her special to us all and turned those memories into a beautiful service filled with love, completely capturing the very essence of who my gran was to me and to my family. From arranging the photos to be displayed, the music we had chosen and the beautiful order of service, I cannot thank her enough for being our tower of strength during such a horrendous time and ensuring everything went smoothly. Victoria could not have proved herself to be more professional but, equally compassionate and extremely helpful in engaging with what the family wanted at the funeral; she took the time to explore the family background and delivered an informative Eulogy, with great dignity befitting the occasion.
